Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Cozmond marketing website (the "Site"), operated by Ozeren LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a public marketing presence for Cozmond's AI consulting services. There are no user accounts, paid subscriptions, or fee-based features on this Site. Any consulting engagement with Cozmond is governed by a separate written agreement signed at the start of the engagement, not by these Terms.
01 Use of the Site
You may view and read the content on the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, harvesters) to extract content beyond what is reasonable for indexing by legitimate search engines.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including by sending excessive requests or attempting denial-of-service attacks.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications to Cozmond or to defame, harass, or impersonate any person.
02 Booking a Discovery Call
The "Get In Touch" buttons on the Site link to a third-party booking page operated by Cal.com. Bookings made through that page are subject to Cal.com's terms and privacy policy. Booking a discovery call does not create a consulting contract between you and Cozmond — it is simply a request for a conversation, which we may decline or which may not result in further engagement.
03 Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, copy, logo, and content, is owned by Ozeren LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use.
04 Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The content is for general information about Cozmond's services and does not constitute professional advice. We do our best to keep information accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or free from error.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozeren LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
06 Changes to These Terms
If we update these Terms, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Substantial changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
