01 Purpose of this Privacy Policy

Cozmond respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what limited data we receive when you visit this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

02 Scope

This policy covers the marketing website at cozmond.com. It does not cover any consulting engagement you may enter into with Cozmond — those are governed by a separate written agreement. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

03 Contact Details

If you have any questions about this privacy policy or our privacy practices, contact us:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction (e.g., the ICO in the UK, your national data protection authority in the EU). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly first.

04 What We Collect

Information you provide directly: If you email us at info@cozmond.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. There is no account registration on this website — we do not collect names, passwords, or payment information through this site.

Information collected automatically: When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server log data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you accessed. This data is used for security monitoring and operational purposes.

What we do NOT collect: We do not use website analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party cookies on this site. There are no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no remarketing tags.

05 How We Use Your Information

06 Third Parties

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., who processes server logs on our behalf as a data processor.

The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When fonts are fetched, your IP address is sent to Google. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

The "Get In Touch" button links to Cal.com, which handles all booking-related data under its own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy. We do not receive booking data through this website itself.

07 Your Rights

Subject to your jurisdiction's laws (GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA for California residents, and similar regulations elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email info@cozmond.com. Because this website holds very little personal data, most requests are straightforward to fulfill.

08 Marketing

We do not send unsolicited marketing email based on data collected from this website. If you reach out to us, we may reply to your message and follow up about a potential engagement. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any of our emails.

09 Changes To This Policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Substantial changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
